The objective of this course is to give participants a working knowledge of adult learning theory, basic education theory, and various instructor tools that will help them become proficient instructors within their chosen field. Participants will learn how to write performance objectives and lesson plans. They will also learn how to choose appropriate instructional strategies and instructional tools.
